Dispatched within two business days from the EU warehouse. Delivery is free on every order, everywhere we ship.

These are estimates from the day of dispatch, not guarantees, and they exclude weekends and public holidays. Customs checks can add a few days on international orders.
Tracking
You get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is scanned. You can also look up any order on our tracking page using your order number and email.
Customs and duties
Orders inside the EU and the UK are delivered with no further charges. For other destinations, import duty or tax may be charged by your own country on delivery. That charge is set by your customs authority, not by us, and we cannot predict or refund it.
Wrong address
If you typed the address wrongly, email hello@paleyouth.com straight away. We can usually change it before dispatch. Once a parcel has shipped we have to wait for it to come back before we can resend.
Lost or damaged parcels
If tracking has not moved for 10 business days, or your parcel arrives damaged, tell us. We will chase the carrier and send a replacement — you do not have to deal with the courier yourself.
